At NAPA Auto Super Store we are committed to genuine customer service. If you are not happy with a product you have purchased because it is faulty, please return the product to our store.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
To enable our store to process your return or exchange, you will need to present a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase. For Team NAPA members, simply provide our staff with the contact details you entered when you registered for membership and your sales information will be located by us.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund, credit or exchange if you have changed your mind or for specially ordered products (unless the product is not fit for purpose or faulty) or products which havebeen modified or used contrary to the product’s instructions.
ASSESSING YOUR RETURN
If your product is faulty, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the product to the manufacturer or their repair agent. Products that are likely to require assessment include car audio, electrical and motor driven products, power tools, and specially procured items.
We will notify you of the outcome once the assessment has been completed.
THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards are the responsibility of the holder and will not be replaced, returned or refunded. The bearer of the Gift Card will be taken to be the owner of the Gift Card. Your gift card is redeemable only at NAPA Auto Super Store, 60 Moss Street Slacks Creek, Logan City Q 4114. It is not redeemable for cash. No change will be given. This card cannot be used for payment of Trade Accounts. This card expires 12 months from the date of issue.
This card is partially redeemable. If you wish to partially redeem this gift card, the balance of the initial gift card not redeemed will be remain on the gift card with the same expiry date.
It is up to the card holder to use the full value of their gift card within the validity period.
